  I am an international businessman and have traveled the world for over 30 years staying at most of the five-star hotels chains internationally. Really if ever do I find an imperative to make a comment or post anything on an Internet site. But on this occasion I truly need to extol the virtues of staying at the park suite hotel and my experience. T... hva folk sier » his hotel has truly redefined my Interpretation of what real service is. The cooperation of the staff and management at this hotel is truly second to - Rachid the owner and the receptionists were all very nice. They gave us directions and Rachid showed us to a good brunch spot, The Fence. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. I slept like a log. The guards save the parking spots out front for guests, so I was able to park my car for free and it felt safe since the car was within eyesight of the guards. I could see it would be a good place for business travellers, as there is a nice kitchenette and large desk.

  The staff : Very welcoming, helpful, able in several languages, smilng and calm. Very nice ambiance thanks to them. They will assisit in anything you need. Top staff! Better than in Switzerland where I live. The room & facilities : Room is cleaned everyday. By Moroccan standards, the cleanliness, especially bathroom, is very good (I have stay... hva folk sier » ed elsewhere I can compare). Bed is comfortable and firm. Yes a few parts need repainting and joints need re-doing, but the effort to provide a cleanl - The hotel staff were very helpful And polite .couldn't ask for more.. I'll make it my hotel from now on Each time i make it to casablanca
