Very friendly staff who really made you feel welcome, So nice even when we were supposed to check out, we could leave our bags and go to a cenote and when we came back they offered us towels and the ability to shower. Very thoughtful!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and lovely. It was a great city location, nice and quiet but close to good restaurants, shopping and night life. The staffs reccommedations of restaurants were great. It's a cheap cab ride to the ruins and the beach. The hotel will rent bikes which is a great way to get to the beach.

We liked everything about the Itour. If we have to write all the things we liked, first of all, the staff is fantastic. They treat guests as their true friends. We felt very sad leaving there. Marco, Daniele, Alma, Alma's brother and their team. Truely amazing people. They will do everything they can to make you feel at home.

We stayed for one night on July 2013. Itour is right in a busy intersection, in front of supermarket, very close to Tulum archeological site, the beaches and a few blocks from local restaurants. We parked our rental car in front and were greeted by staff that was already expecting us. The staff was extremely accommodating of my requests (decorating our room with balloons and making a birthday cake for my friend's birthday before our arrival). The facilities were very clean, breakfast included was an excellent perk. (although service was always a bit slow so not for those that are in a rush!). hotel palma real was very budget friendly. it was cleaned daily and had a nice view for birding on the back deck or roof. the pool was nice and the staff let us use the fridge. we met other travelers there and were able to congregate in the lobby without interruption. the location is great for traveling to Coba and back or even to Tulum and back.
