The rooms were very cozy and the cleaning was very good. And it was the
perfect distance to the beaches, and they had enough towels both for
beach use and the room. The operation was handy to help with anything we
needed, they even arranged a water dispancer to us that we could drink

hotel manager spoke perfect English so there was never a problem to
understand if we needed to communicate with her. -
Blue Pearl is absolutely a perfect place to spend a couple of weeks in Playa del Carmen...apartments are very nice and spacious, in each terrace (or garden if u stay at ground floor) u have a bath tub and hammock; also, u have air conditioner, fridge and burner.
Position is perfect, very close to the beach, 5th avenue and all the night club.
In case we will back in Playa, we will stay again in Blue Pearl.

All the people working here was very helpful and friendly. There was always a person at the reception. We had breakfast at the restaurant (not included in the price) and it was very great and not expensive. We were four ladies traveling and they watched after us. Perfect location!! -

The personnel was very, very nice and caring. I could change my room after two nights (I wanted a room with own balcony). The hotel was really beautifully decorated and there was trees between the stairs to upper rooms. I loved the candles by night and the nice public balcony with sofa where you could watch over the street and have your coffee. (Starbuck was just opposite.) in front of the hotel there is best italian restaurant in town and also if you miss good beer there is german beer house that sels german beers, also near by very goos fresh juice in good price

I like the location of this hotel. It is at the corner of 5th Avenue, the main street in Playa del Carmen where all the stores are located. It is also a short distance from the beach. The staff was also great. They helped us with ordering food and gave us directions to places around town. They even spoke English which was a plus as they could understand us and we could understand them easily. A taxi stand is right outside the hotel. It is a little pricey but convenient if you need to go anywher
