Good, clean, basic room with hot water. Staff was friendly and the breakfast included was good. No complaints. I would have liked a refrigerator in the room, but not absolutely necessary. Good location and my room was in the back and 3rd floor - so no noise as long as you ran the ceiling fan and air conditioner.

The rooms were very cozy and the cleaning was very good. And it was the
perfect distance to the beaches, and they had enough towels both for
beach use and the room. The operation was handy to help with anything we
needed, they even arranged a water dispancer to us that we could drink

hotel manager spoke perfect English so there was never a problem to
understand if we needed to communicate with her. -
Blue Pearl is absolutely a perfect place to spend a couple of weeks in Playa del Carmen...apartments are very nice and spacious, in each terrace (or garden if u stay at ground floor) u have a bath tub and hammock; also, u have air conditioner, fridge and burner.
Position is perfect, very close to the beach, 5th avenue and all the night club.
In case we will back in Playa, we will stay again in Blue Pearl.

very small, only 7 bungalows but it is very cosy place and it has a
nice Italian-Mexican restaurant. The staff was very friendly and
service was excellent. The beach is rather small but it is very
pleasant. The hotel guests can use umbrellas and beds from a nearby
hotel (free of charge) and it is possible to order drinks and some
food from the hotel bar. It was also no problem to arrange diving in
see and cenotes (even to find an instructor for the open water
diving course), snorke

Loved the location! Couldn't get any better. On the beach with a 'beach club' (though beach club food wasn't great: staff were awesome, drinks were good, swings at the bar and good music). Room was spacious, clean, great beds, high ceilings. Staff were helpful and pleasant! Loved it! Would definitely come back! -

We stayed in the Duplex Garden room which was just perfect for us. The 2 rooms and bath were clean and neat. Ladies... there is a hairdryer, also a safe in the room, small refrigerator and bottles of water supplied each day.There was a patio downstairs and a small balcony upstairs. We enjoyed our stay at Fusion very much. Everything was absolutely excellent. The staff were all friendly and very receptive. The food and drinks were also excellent. We stayed in the Garden Duplex room, it was very clean and comfortable. There was a balcony off the upstairs bedroom and a patio on the lower level. The gardens were beautiful. We are scheduled to come back again January 2014 and look forward to our stay at Fusion.
