All the people working here was very helpful and friendly. There was always a person at the reception. We had breakfast at the restaurant (not included in the price) and it was very great and not expensive. We were four ladies traveling and they watched after us. Perfect location!! -

We loved everything about this hotel. Great location, very clean,
comfortable, we had everything we needed in our room. If you Have any
questions about the area or which places you should visit ask Marco, he
was very helpful And had a lot of information. Deffinetly great value
for the money we paid. It was the best vacation we've had so far.

in front of the hotel there is best italian restaurant in town and also if you miss good beer there is german beer house that sels german beers, also near by very goos fresh juice in good price
staff is friendly and helpful

The rooms were very cozy and the cleaning was very good. And it was the
perfect distance to the beaches, and they had enough towels both for
beach use and the room. The operation was handy to help with anything we
needed, they even arranged a water dispancer to us that we could drink
water from it. All in all we were very happy with our stay at th

hotel manager spoke perfect English so there was never a problem to
understand if we needed to communicate with her. -
Blue Pearl is absolutely a perfect place to spend a couple of weeks in Playa del Carmen...apartments are very nice and spacious, in each terrace (or garden if u stay at ground floor) u have a bath tub and hammock; also, u have air conditioner, fridge and burner.
Position is perfect, very close to the beach, 5th avenue and all the night club.
In case we will back in Playa, we will stay again in Blue Pearl.
