Location could not have been better. I was there with 7 family members and 4 of them ranged from 75 yrs of age to 87 yrs of age. The jardin and all that surrounds it was at the hotels' door which made it easy and extremely convinient. -

The location could not be any better, it's located only a few hundred yards from the city center. The view is spectacular. We felt the climb up the winding alleys contributed to its charm. The staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. We would not hesitate recommending it to others...and the chocolate was delicious. -

The view of the city is fantastic. Eventhou we had some issues with the hot water, staff was very helpful and help us a lot. It is not close to the city, but it's ok since they have a free shuttle that takes you there and back. Breakfast is awesone!
