This hotel was very Zen-like and relaxing, just what I needed after a bad experience in Puebla. The grounds were extremely peaceful and beautiful, and the staff welcoming and attentive. Incredible place, great accomodations. The view. The service in the restaurant was a little slow, but the grounds were so relaxing and beautiful we didn't care. Reception is a little disorganized, but very friendly. Would like to have had a hot tub available.
