  I loved that I could use all 5 of the Royal Resorts, 2 situated right next door. I loved that the Resort organised Scuba Diving with transport etc... I loved my room with microwave, fridge etc.. I love the convenience store downstairs. i loved the way the maid cleaned my room so perfectly well. I loved my room situated on 9th floor in the quietest part of the hotel, the list is endless - The hotel is very conveniently located right on the beach. It was a few steps walking distance from our room. The place was impeccably maintained. Though a buffet breakfast should have been included.

  Value for money. The staff in the dining room was excellent. unfailingly courteous, attentive without being officious or intrusive. The chambermaids were very good as well.   The hotel's location is very good, if you want to stay close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and the free shuttle service was excellent (keep in mind that you have to arrange for it beforehand, since there is no access to the hotel in the airport). Location is not good because of the highway but it didn´t disturb me. Anyways it´s kind of hotel just for one day stay if your flight is too early or late for departure from Playa del Carmen or other distant location. Hotel was clean and really nice equiped. Breakfast was nice!!!
