  Value for money. The staff in the dining room was excellent. unfailingly courteous, attentive without being officious or intrusive. The chambermaids were very good as well.   This hotel has the best service I have ever received. The staff, facilities, meals and rooms are spectacular, not to mention the free upgrade to a king suite I received on check in. Wonderful, customer focused staff and a great location made Nizuc amazing for the relaxation I needed at the end of my trip.
