The nice man who sells the tours downstairs opposite the front desk- he was so kind and helpful with everything. We only stayed one night- picked it for the location- close to Ado Bus Station.
A very good location for future trips: near ADO bus station.

difficult getting heavy luggage up stairs and didn't like the step down(1) from room level to foyer.
The airconditioner didn't work- only blew warm air. When we checked in they handed us the remote for the t.v.- and that didn't work either.
Very noise, wet and very old facilities.
There was no wifi in our room even though there was suppose to be. We
had no warm water the next morning. We had to take cold showers. When we
told the desk clerk he seemed indifferent. Also, the site said we got
free tickets to a place were we could access the beach. This was not the
case. We got a 50% discount.
1).The Internet service very very bad needs to ugrade, i couldn't get to log in the entire stay.
2). The breakfast, was good but cud be better if menu was different everyday instead of having to eat the same thing every morning.
Had to go to the lobby for internet service. I would not use the hotel again.
