  The family that runs the hotel is very helpful in answering any questions, booking trips, bus tickets etc. One can really tell they care about the hotel a lot- it is spotless, very well kept, also in a very convienient and comfortable way for the quests. The staff have a certain old-fashioned charm of their own too, which doesn't stop them being very efficient.
