  Reception Staff on arrival and departure were friendly and competent. They asked if we were like an upgrade at no extra charge. We naturally said Yes and were delighted to be shown to a wonderful suite of rooms with an ensuite plus another separate toilet and hand basin. We had drinks and dinner in our room where service was excellent. Our taxi... hva folk sier » did not turn up, although ordered in advance to take us to the airport. However, staff quickly came to the rescue and arranged for a luxurious priva - This hotel is approx. 20-30 mins. drive from the airport in a quiet rural community. It is the perfect place to stay if you need a quiet place to recharge your batteries between flights. A better option than going all the way to Kuala Lumpur. Hotel staff are very accommodating.
