Excellant villa and Excellant service, huge size of the villa, nice view
at the garden from the living room, nice swimming pool, large bed room,
jacuzzi, they also provide free transportation by private car from 8 A.m
to 9 P.m, picking up from the airport, they took us to langkawi world
resort for breakfast, they also have tour packages at cheaper

the fridge was full wi drinks n chocolate n biscuit and every thing -
Excellent private pool and perfect romantic atmosphere, excellent design and comfortable place, exccellent and warm staff, good sevice and private car to deliver you anywhere...in general very good experience which i recommend :)

Very clean and elegant rooms (for the price), super friendly and helpful
staff. Breakfast is very good.Location is just good. Very trustworthy
house-keeping (I lost a key of a rented scooter and one of the house
keeping maids kept it with her for a safe keeping until I reported to
the reception, and the bell boy was looking with me, then the house

The hotel staffs were very accommodating with our requests. Conveniently located close to the Kuah Jetty. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. I accidentally left my external hard disk in the hotel and the staff/housekeeping were very responsive when I called and explained my dilemma. They managed to locate the device and have it shipped back to me almost immediately.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and always there to help. I have
booked an Apartment suite, however, the air-con is not working and
resort staff had upgraded my stay to the Perdana suite at no
additional cost.

On arrival we were upgraded to a large family villa on the ground floor
which had everything we needed with excellent housekeeping staff. The
location of the Holiday/Federal Villa on Pantai Tengah Beach is
perfect....Great for families

The proximity of the hotel to the town area, ample parking lots. Staffs are smiley and friendly enough I suppose. -
