1) Let's just say I got a warning from a taxi driver that this area is a nest of the gangsters but considering the PCA is now available in order to stop the gangsters, I don't think it would be much of a problem anymore. Still, that doesn't mean you should wander around all ALONE at night behind the alley. That's like asking for problems. Common sense k.
