Fair rate with such of apartment facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice to stay. I really love the environments surround the place, furthermore with sea view and pools. It also nearby to all places like mall, foods and etc. Kept clean apartments with working ac and even fans in each rooms and kitchenettes and all Overall, best place to stay and relax.
alle vurderinger » location that facing sea is good. we can see sunset. there is a big compound for BBQ,. My kids were enjoyed only at the swimming pool. All my request they full fill. The management is kind and considerate enough to fulfill our requests. The beach itself is superb but I do suggest the management must take a serious consideration of keeping the household of the apartments clean. Been a major changes since 2 years ago I came. nice beach view fast check in easy access to town. Nice beach. None. Aircorn well function. view of the beach. spacious. The hotel shud ready with sufficient towel for guest..happened no tower available and only can produce by next day noon, after check out. Some of room with astro and some nope.. Possible to standerdized for all room. good lift problem. I really off with low pressure of water and non- working water heater and flush system.They have provide the soap but not the towel.Some bed need to be changed.Last but there were leaking ceiling on the end of my vacation during raining..please do check. And please clean all the rubbish that been left out by previous tenant which were place at outside of the door. very hard to get parking, tv channel very very limited. inhouse equipment very old. water heater cannot used. even they still used the box size tv. access to swimming pool are very limited (1 adault + 1 children) because its shared with other hotel. i hate that because my niece and nepew cannot enjoy the holiday. Facilities such fridge was out of order, aircondition cannot adjust the temperature and toilet not clean. Shower small water,they didn't give towel like other apartment. Apartments on the ground floor are not well taken care. Rubbish, leftovers are everywhere. Moulds on the walls. Facilities like water heater not working. Pipe leaking. TV not working. Flies everywhere. Rotten smell in the unit. staff a little friendly especially the safe guards otherwise everything is nice. Poor bed. Dirty floor. Swimming pool limited to 1 adult n 1 child. Room n showers are poorly maintained. No adequate space for parking. Lift are from the dinosours era. Very badly maintained. Hooligans standing around to charge excessively for parking. 1. no signal on astro 2. old furniture 3. toilet not clean. toilet x function/ Astro x available /Environment so dusty/5S so poor/sofa so dirty/kettle x provided. I don't like most of the things at the apartment. not well maintained. not clean. mattress are not in a good condition/not comfortable at all. no kettle. no astro though they gave astro card. we could watch only TV1. towel is torn. ants are in the kitchen dirty. only one hanger in the wardrobe. doors cannot be locked from outside. staff are not smiling at all. pillow case not clean air-con not working (one of the room) no water heater no kettle. bad service and worst place I have ever stayed ever.
