Loved our stay here- probably the best during our year and half long trip. Joe was so friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Computers in each room were fast and wifi was great. Tv space with sofa was comfy with all channels. Close to jonker street but avoids the really busy parts so it's nice and peaceful. Free tea and coffee. -

When I arrived at the Hotel by taxi the driver tried the usual trick of the trade of claiming that he did not have change for 5 ringit. The staff at the hotel handling our luggage lent me 5 ringits to resolve the problem.
When we asked for an extension of the check out time it was granted.

A hotel that I would definitely recommend to my friends and had done so a couple of time. The rooms are definitely spacious and well-maintained. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. There is a good spread for buffet breakfast but after coming there for about 4 times, the spread are basically the same. Change the spread quarterly would be a good idea
