The breakfast and the service were excellent. It was easy to move around for shopping. The hotel is situated in a great safe location, 10 mins walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, 1 min walk to the Monorel Station that connects well with the KL Central Station and the airport train from there - Nice pool, excellent exercise room. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite that was spacious. First class staff throughout.

Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour
The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants

are driving but there's also a lrt station nearby I think. Staff was
helpful. There's a self service laundry downstairs and an Old Town

One Stop Residence was a comfortable, clean, well priced apartment. Very easy to get into KLCC and other areas using the LRT, as well as being able to connect to the Komuter when required. Some very cheap (and good) eateries in the area. I also liked that there was a guest laundry to be able to keep on top of the washing whilst travelling.
