  The location. It is great because just across is The Pavillion, our favourite shopping jaunt.The staff. They were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely Room is specious and clean Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants Defiantly

  thanks managment very friendly staff mr jojo and mr rahman who are really they know their job pavilion should proud of such as this staff all was good while i was there fo 14 days just maybe more check for bathroom service need befor guest enter i give 9 out of 10 - Very helpful staff.   The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They speak good English. The rooms are very spacious and always kept clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient to shopping malls, parks, chocolate/tea/coffee factories, historical places and landmarks. If I were to go to Malaysia and stay in KL again, I would definitely book at Hotel Imperial. Two- - Location is superb, close to Bukit Bintang Monorail. All daily needs can be found around this hotel. Shopping malls, fast food, cafe, groceries store, food massage can be reached 5 minutes by walk. Highly recommended.
