The hotel was full of Olde world charm and a lovely place to stay.The staff were polite gentle and very helpful.The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable.The location was excellent near everything .We couldn't have asked for a better hotel and will definitely stay here again. -

The staff was gracious enough to call me n inform me that my room rates
will be reduced because of charging error. They could have just made me
pay the inflated rate but they were so honest and nice to revert my rate
to the lower one. For that I am ever so grateful.. I will surely stay
there again when I m in kl.

Loved how the staff weren't intrusive but were kind and efficient in their service. We had our airline tickets printed - as offered by the front office, free of charge. The cookware and utensils were sufficient, making it feel like home. Check in and check out was quick and fast. The location was great as the bus station is just around the corner along with the grocery that had everything you wanted. Excellent location (if you have transport), quiet area, very relaxing environment, plenty of covered parking spaces, staff (mostly security staff who also do many other thing were friendly and helpful), nice town view from room (but hazy during the time of stay), spacy rooms. -
