Although small, the capsules offer privacy that dorm beds cannot. The location is tops, and the service is ok. Next door there are eateries and right in front is Times Berjaya, where you can shop, eat, and do groceries. Also a stone's throw away from the metrorel Imbi Station.

WIFI DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.
The male staff was quite noisy late at night with what I assume is his friends. Also, although I am used to hearing it, it was still not pleasant hearing him use foul languages with his friends. However, the female staff was quite polite.
The toilets and bathrooms were not as clean as they used to be. accomodations are pretty untidy and in good condition such as the air conditioner,etc.
the staffs are not well trained,cleanliness level is bad,the hotel maintenance is poor too..
