To be honest I was not sure to select this hotel before travel as it was looking so far from the city but now I am so happy about my selection. It was a clean hotel with very polite and nice staff with a fantastic decoration and design. Specifically I like the bath. Its very new hotel with great Breakfast. Room size and beds comfort are great. We took our lunch in the restaurant that I suggest there also. Price was very reasonable. All together, despite my imagination before the trip, I found t.
alle vurderinger » The hotel provides free shuttle to go downtown which is great. Otherwise takes 15 mins to walk. There is a restaurant called Catch 22 in the hotel which offers western seafood meal. There is also another famous seafood restaurant called Welcome Restaurant which is 10 mins walk. Staff very friendly, cooperative. Beds comfortable, bath room functional, shower with hand set and tropical rain spray nozzle. "Small" flush button for toilet. Hotel is brand new. Room is big, comfortable and clean. And have shuttle bus to Centre Point and Suria, which is good for travellers without transport. The staff are helpful too. Make guests feel happy and comfortable. Walking to center and shopping malls is burdensome, due to traffic / crossing of major streets/highways. no facilities yet still being renovated. nothing. Shuttle bus to the city goes quite rarely, the restaurant for breakfast is too small considering the size of the hotel. Breakfast was quite minimal and made with Asian style. -Coffee was cold and also some other food ingredients were not warm at all. - If you buy breakfast separately, it will be totally overpriced (overnight 170 MYR, Breakfast 50 MYR/person?). The housekeeping team are not really clean the room.there still have hair drop everywhere after they make up the room. There are the same breakfast every day. smoking allowed in the rooms. there is no convience store nearby.. I Breakfast-1st day about 8.00am we went for breakfast, the food left a bite and with no refill..I want an egg and being told finish. .I paid rm 15 for my girl, she just ate 2 mouth full of keow teoh cause just left that.2nd day even breakfast included, we just went next door to have our breakfast cause if not I still have to pay my girl breakfast for nothing. . Location. The air conditioner in our room is under power. Room gets warm at certain time of the night. Tv programmes too limited n not does not cater for all. No newspaper except in the lobby.
