A very old hotel, perhaps the biggest in JB with link to the mall next door. Easy access to/from highways, thus avoiding the jam on Tebrau Road. It has been extensively refurbished and upgraded. Love the big room, huge twin beds! Breakfast was good, plenty of choices

attentive to ensure that I was safe and well looked after. The location
is great, especially for a driver over the border into Singapore. The
restaurant serves Italian-Japanese fusion which I had never experienced

The room and location is very good. Staff are very friendly, helpful and takes initiative to help you. Waiting area is big (many seatings). Buffet spread and restaurant is spacious. There's watertheme part on the swimming pool floor and available booking to Legoland. Overall value for money. Suit kids/family and couple short holiday getaway. Front staffs are good although it's not all of them. Our room is
very clean, comfortable, and spacy. Everything looks good and new. I
really like the bathroom because it has a bathtub with clean, spacy, and
modern style. It also has a weigher so you can check your luggage(s)
weight if you have a flight after that. Really great hotel since
it's relatively cheap if you look to what you get. Overall, this
hotel looks good and clean.

We had the pool terrace room which the kids fell in love with as the
pool is right outside our room. The deck outside the room served as a
wonderful place to relax and watch the kids swim or to sip coffee in the
morning or evening. The staff were friendly, especially the cafe staff.

Check in was hassle free and fast. I left my iPad at concierge and
didn't know until I finish my bath upstairs only to find my iPad
was missing.
Called the frontline desk to help me look for it as I remember leaving it downstairs. Viola, my iPad was found and really thanks to the staff for helping me to keep it for my collection. Kudos to the hotel and the staff.
Room was big and spacious. Toilet was equipped with full set of toiletries. Rain shower was superb and the hot water was constant.
