The location is excellent for those who intend to make day trip to Singapore by bus. The Kotaraya terminal is just 5 min walk behind the hotel and the causeway Immigration is also within walking distance. Shopping centre is just 3 min walk opposite. Free parking too.Excellent value for money. Superb! I thought it was an old hotel, but all the rooms were like totally NEW, and very CLEAN too! Rate was very good as well. Staffs were friendly, smile on their face. Great!.

Room is clean and staff is friendly. Its too near the mall and immigration. Singapore is mins away. Loads of food. Location not too far from JB custom, and 5 minutes walk to City Square Mall. 1.nice room 2.large TV Screen 3.Nice view 4.easy access to city center. the place is near with Woodland nearby with Malaysia immigration. professional atmosphere while treating guests; good bathroom. the room is very comfortable and clean. The staff that answered the phone when I was calling to ask for wi-fi password, she seems not to entertain my call, I hardly heard her voice and she seems very lazy to answer. Long que. Construction right in front of the hotel. There is no swimming pool or other indoor activities.The room is small and limited parking space. I don like the Food for Breakfast becoz there is no any Scramble Eggs at the Buffet. Yet they charge me for my Half Boiled Eggs for Breakfast. Hmmm juz bring up the Matters that the Hotel should do. During my check out in my 8 days stay in the hotel nobody even assist with my luggage even they saw me already having a hard time carrying it until I came in to the taxi. I have this male fdo the skinny one with eye glasses ( I forgot his name)who assist me in all my questions since I am new in the place but that time he was not on duty. I stay at room no 823 for 1 night and the next day i changed to room no 906 because all my other family members stay at level 19.. My sister do the packing for me and sent to room 906, at night when i realize i left the sandal. I call housekeeping and they said there is no sandal in the room. Its not RM10 sandal!! even if its RM10, they should keep it and not bring it home for their children. I clearly remember i put it next to tv rack. Front office not welcoming and lack of knowledge about booking made. The security guard busy watching TV at the reception with gumpy face telling people not to park infront of the hotel with specific reason but at least tell us nicely... 1. No iron n iron-board provided in individual room instead sharing outside n its really inconvenient n no privacy at all. 2. No fridge n safe-box provided in King Deluxe room. 3. Housekeeping dont really pay attention to replace tissue n toilet paper after cleaning the room. 4. Quite small room for King Deluxe. 5. Floor not carpeted n it still dusty n dirty despite room being cleaned. wish the room was better sound proof, I was disturbed in the night by the private howling of my neighbors away having a sex explosion! Bad place to walk back in the evening from City Square, drunkards and almost looking stalkkers. Poor room service n aircond leaking. No housekeeping or services after 10 pm. Shoddy services and unavailability of car park spaces. Very disappointing.
