Beautifully appointed room, in a very serene setting. The fabulous pool with perfect temperature and gorgeous view is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. Location was very convenient, close to airport, close to the beach and close to the Underwater world. Facilities were excellent, staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We liked the furry cats running around the place, our lil one year old liked playing with them. Very homely feel to the room we stayed in. Bathroom was huge and the wooden bath tub was quaint. We loved the fruit and cakes that they stocked daily in our fridge.

We really had a great time and I definit - A lovely spot situated by the road but you cannot hear the traffic. It's approx 15 min walk to the beach & resort. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and the owner of the place very hospitable. I stayed only 1 night and despite coming alone I had a lot of fun and met a lot of people and didnt feel alone at all. I really enjoyed staying there, the atmosphere and unexpectedly nice people. -

We stayed in Junior Suite. Room #117. Room was very spacious. Clean. Modern. Able to check in earlier at 12.30 noon with no surcharge. The bed is pretty comfortable. Tiled-floor. Food was descent even though the choices were limited. Note : Swimming looks clean on the 2nd day of our stay. which is on Tuesday. I believe they clean it up on every Tuesday morning.

I had spent the previous two nights at the Sheraton Imperial in KL and was a bit concerned about the transition from luxury to budget. I neednt have been.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location within short walk of several restaurants and shops and the beach. Family room was good size (with two large double beds and a large bathroom) and very comfortable. The pool area is great, facing a waterfall and a hill with subtropical rainforest.
