I stayed in the Suite room and price was resonalbe and I loved SPA in the room. Staff were so friendly and I will come back to stay this hotel for my next business trip.
Facilities is great..! Everything is in the room. Water heater,big flat
screen on the wall.
The location is good for shopping and eating, very close to airport,
around 5 minutes drive only. The suite that we stayed was spacious and
with modern interior design, and all kinds of toiletries were provided

The hotel provide many things for free,such as water,dringks.Location is very near the main bus stop.You can take the No.600 bus,No.100 bus to many sight in front of the T.H.E hotel.
Fairly well located, nice and dedicated staff, minibar gratuities and
bathroom amenities, very good free wifi, good value for money.
Very nice staff there. Though unable to speak English and Chinese, but they tried everything to be of help.
the front desk staff was friendly and tried very hard to speak English with non-Korean-Speaking guests. Allowed for slightly early check-in.

The room was too dim and too smelly (smoking smell), they should air the
room every time after their guest has checked out. And the staff could
not speak any English so we had difficulty in communicating with them.
Once had to ask for bathtowels (they forgot to replace it), staff is
very nice and work hard, but the English is a little basic.
The wall is very thin, a little bit noisy in the room.
water leaks out of the shower head. relatively strong smoke smell. Dirty beddings with strong urine smell that was extremely unpleasant. No wifi available. Definitely not worth the nightly rate of about USD120.
It is not a hotel for tourists. I booked a junior suite and it is on the
ground floor. The staff smokes a lot and we could smell it in the room.
The toilet stinks like a public toilet. They do not make the rooms. We
had to request numerous times for bath towels as they provide only face
towels. 100% Do not recommend for tourists.
The room are not really clean and lights are not working. The air-
condition are stink. Room and towels provided are full of cigarette
small. The staff can't speak English. The concept of a family room
should not be a smoking room and it is very sad to know that there are
no non-smoking room.
