The personell was very friendly and helpfull. The hotell is located quite close to Incheon shopping street. Cheap hotel and you get what you pay for. The room var dirty and should have a real cleaning. If you are not use to korean beds your back will hurt after a week I can promise that. Since there is a few night clubs right outside the hotel there is quite noisy but the windows keeps the noise out. Two times over the week the cleaning lady forgot to lock our door after she was finished. Lucky nothing was missing.
