Location is very good, you can reach each place in town in few minutes. Comfort level,staff friendliness. location. services ( Internet service not available at the floor where we stayed).... service standards and comforts are good but still not that good as compared to the prices they charge. no proper internet connection no windows that open heating/ventilation was horrible (you either get +30 and no air or nothing) gym/sauna/swimming pool appeared to be extra at 20/session and that#s w a 50% discount! food choice very poor.
