The friendly and professional associates with the great hospitality attitude, right from the beginning being met at the airport till i left. Many thanks also the the security (can't remember his name) who brought me my boarding pass and flight ticket which i left on the reception while i was just about to leave in the taxi..he saved me much unwanted problems should i have arrived at the airport without the ticket. Also the food was keeping it simple and consistent. I like especially the breakf.
alle vurderinger » Spotless hotel. Everyone was friendly--the manager even responded when I asked her if she had a guide available. They didn't, but for $12usd an hour they told the cabbie where I wanted to go, he waited for me at the attraction and I paid him directly. Prompt check in even at 1:30 A.M. modern, clean, quiet rooms. One of the best hotels I've been in. Professional, precise/reliable (eg airport pickup), very clean, highly functional even in details (WLAN, USB charger etc) - instaed of unnecessary pomp, silent, excellent bed and blankets, new and modern. In a positive way a "german engineering" kind of hotel. High price but worth it. The rooms are very comfortable and wide, the cleaning is quite well. The rooms are silent. The hotel is in very center of the city, so close to many points. The breakfast is also satisfying. The price if you compare with other hotels range in Almaty is acceptable. The room was big the shower was excellent. Breakfast was very good and the waitress was very polite and made a good cup of tea. Good location?. Great hotel and location. Room was too hot and aircon didn't seem to cool it down enough. Wifi in the room was not good enough for skype calls but worked well otherwise. - WiFi was unstable. Breakfast seemed poor value, although it was tasty. Expensive breakfast. nothing, or only that it is a bit expensive. Nothing to complain. -. Nothing. Expensive breakfast. A bit overpriced just like any other hotel in Almaty. Hairdryer and security safe did not work. All excellent at the Worldhotel Saltanat, but why is 5 star Dostyk Hotel cheaper?. Nothing. Showers design, price for breakfast, small gym room. nothing, except for a bit complicated switches :). small fitness facility, no sauna, no swimming pool. a bit far away from mayor Almaty sights (Panfilov park, Green market etc). Breakfast price too high. air conditioner was loud and did not keep comfortable room temperature; hot and humid in the night club sandwich wasn't good breakfast is poor. Price is very high Remember to check your bill - they miscalculated - still waiting for compensation !!!!. Ac was not working and having the window open meant a lot of traffic noise was present. 4000 Tenge for a breakfast is extremely high for Kazakhstan.
