The kids loved the large water park with the huge water slides and big wave pools. The onsens were also big with many pools and bath areas. The lake view from the room was fantastic. The buffet dinner and breakfast were also good with wide selections. The grilled scallops were huge! We were also able to view the fireworks at Lake Toya from the hotel and it was beautiful!. excellent lake view from our room and many kinds of activities in the hotel eg. a huge indoor swimming pool for kids, fireworks after dinner.

The free shuttle departs at 13:00 from "Sunshine Sports Club" in central Sapporo to the hotel. To use the hotel's free shuttle, please make a reservation at time of booking. Address of Sunshine Sports Club: Sapporo-shi Chuo-ku Minamisanjo Higashi 2 chome. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to use the property’s pools or other facilities where the tattoo might be visible to other guests. If guests are bringing children between the age of 3-12, please advise the hotel in advance. The hotel will prepare extra bedding for the children.
