Opened in 2013, the 1/3 Residence Akasaka offers studio apartments and suites with a designer interior and a fully equipped kitchen. It is located just a 8-minute walk from Aoyama Itchome Subway Station and a 10-minute walk from Akasaka Subway Station. Free WiFi access is available.
Air-conditioned rooms feature a wooden floor and a seating and dining area. With a shower, the bathroom is equipped with free toiletries, towels and a hairdryer. Some rooms come with a projector screen, a laptop and a printer.

The residence was well presented and very clean, the staff were helpful and prompt and arrived at the agreed time. The property was within an easy walk from the station which travel around Tokyo very easy.
Very spacious and feels more like an apartment than a hotel. Family Mart within walking distance, and only a 10 minute walk to Akasaka station.

the location of the apartment is good, and the facility inside can meet basic requests of family with little baby, the staff tried their best to provide service.
FYI, there is no elevator or microwave.

Pre-arrangement needs to improve, we have waited for over 20mins to confirm the aparptment, it take 15 mins to subway.
