I like room style. It's really old ryokan. It's quiet. The
bathroom is designed to be nature. There is hot bath inside for
relaxing. It's located not far from Zenkoji temple 善光寺 and we can
walk along footpath from Nagano station to this ryokan around 20 mins.

The hospitality was excellent, very traditional Japanese experience. All facilities were fantastic. Location for our purpose of visiting temple for sunrise ceremony was perfect.
Perfect in every way. The owners were cordial, helpful, and so sweet. It
was our first visit to a ryokan and it totally sold us on the idea of
the classic Japanese guest house.

The ryokan was beautiful- it made you feel like you were in a time long ago and our hosts were very hospitable. The breakfast was excellent and our stay most enjoyable.
Traditional Japanese guest house atmosphere. The night we were there a group of Japanese students were also staying. they were a bit noisy but were very polite.

A bit of a walk if you are karrying heavy bags but you kan take the local buss for about 100yen.
