Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help me pack gifts I brought from home to ship to another prefecture in Japan. The location was very convenient, right next door to the train station. Each morning we woke up early walked over to the convenience store (opened 24 hours) and bought our coffee, breakfast and snacks for our train ride. Such a wonderful hotel, the best hotel in Japan for Service with such friendly staff. Kumamoto was a great place to stay with the hotel being right next to the station. We would have loved to stay an extra night as there is plenty to do in this lovely castle city. Rooms really comfortable and spacious. We will stay here again.
