Superb location Wonderful facilites, the garden is outstanding Great food, particularly the Japanese restaurant. Pricey but well worth it. The spa is superb. Difficult to get to, assumes that guests have their own cars. A better explanation on where to take the bus in Odawara and how to get from Moto-Hakone to the hotel would be helpful. We were lucky to meet the French Chef when the bus simply dropped us off in town. She arranged for us to be picked-up by the hotel van late in the afternoon when it normally does not run.
