It was very comfortable and the staff were helpful-it was near the train station and ferry for Messina - location just opposite the train station. did not have to use taxis to get around town or back to the station. staff was most pleasant and spoke enough english for me to be able to communicate.

Everything! The staff went out of their way to ensure the stay was pleasant.
The breakfast was magnificent, there were freshly made cannoli from the chef, who pipped the filling with your choice of filling before your eyes. -
