Drove down from Switzerland by car and just passing through the gate I knew I picked a good place.
Wouldn't have traded this place for any five star hotel in the centre.
It was the perfect getaway, quiet, clean and so very beautiful. Extra credit for the warm and helpful staff.

We loved the place and its owners. We stayed there for two nights with my wife. It's a two-minute walk from Arena, on a quiet street. The room is located in a big apartment where owners actually live and they are easy to reach if needed and it's always cool to have a glimpse into how locals live. our family stayed at Opera Relais De Charme for the second time and it was amazing as the first one. The Staff are very polite and helpful. The room is very clean and completed with all facilities that you may need. When you step out of your room you can hear classic music remembering you why you are there.

The location was brilliant, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The views of Juliet's balcony are beautiful and it was very romantic to have it to ourselves at night time and early in the morning. The B&B was perfectly located, right down the street from Piazza Bra in the center of town, and very close to a number of restaurants. It was easy to walk to all the sights we had picked out to visit. The bus from the train station stopped very near the B&B.

I cannot fault this beautiful BnB at all.
The staff were amazing and extremely friendly and helpful.
We were in awe with the size and comfortability of the room. Our large windows looked down into one of the streets.
Breakfast was traditional and appetising.
It was close to the station (20 min leisurely walk), shops, restaurants and Casa Di Giulietta.
We were sad that our visit was short as we would have loved to have stayed a couple more days.
When we return to Verona,we will be returning b

was a large, 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment and included breakfast. The
staff would come in each day and clean the apartment and leave breakfast

We were very happy with Residenzia La Ricciolina. The manager, Dominique, was very helpful and stayed back to help us in at 1930 on a Friday evening. The apartment was pleasant and quiet even though it was on a busy thoroughfare. There is a busy restaurant next door which was very convenient. Verona was a short drive away. We wished we could have stayed an extra couple of days in Verona but we would be very happy to stay there again in the future.
