  The hotel is centrally located on Lido Island. The hotel and room were very clean and modern. Breakfast was served in a bright room and was what you expect (meats cheeses, rolls, coffee...). The hotel is located just off main street that has lots of restaurants and shopping. The beach is a 5 minute walk and is great for shell collecting! Overall a nice quiet place to stay away from the crowds of V - The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. They kindly provided useful information and tips for touring Venice. The room was clean and quiet, it was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. The air-condition was adequate. The hotel was located away from the main street. At first, we had some difficulty to find it. But once we found it, it was very easy. We enjoyed our staying.

  The location - it is in Lido which is a breeze to travel to Venice via the water bus, and you get to enjoy the peace and tranquility at Lido. The price is good an the breakfast buffet is wonderful. Full suite of lido beach experiences nearby, from the very expensive Excelsior to a free beach (about 50m of sea front, volleyball court at back). It was the best way to visit Venice and also spend some days at the beach. The staff were wonderful. Also to our surprise, Lido center itself was very relaxing and a nice walk from the hotel.

Also although it was the lowest priced hotel for a single traveller, it offered so much more than than expected. Two mins from the vaporetto stop from the main island of Venice, (and therefore, the vap from the station) and on the main road which leads straight to the public beach, 3 mins walk. Otherwise, comfortable, quiet, the staff is anxious that I recommend.
