Hotel is in the middle of Varese with plenty of bars and restuarants close by. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent, some of the best food we had on our trip. Secure parking was very resassuring as we were travelling on motorbikes. -

Staff who helped us, especially as we had very little Italian - We liked the friendly staff in the breakfast room and the reception, the supply of soap and shoe polish, the size of the room, the lovely shower, the nice big, clean towels and the central position of the hotel.

Our stay was wonderful, and was made even more so by the geniality of the young couple that "runs the show" there. Parking is a bit out of the way, but Oliver will facilitate this and all other matters pertaining to your stay. The view from our balcony was gorgeous, the cuisine was excellent ... and that lovely dining room!

We stayed last year on our way to our holiday, and it was lovely to return. The owners are incredibly welcoming and even put us in the same room as before. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and the room was very clean.

This is closer to a de luxe bed and breakfast than to a classical hotel. Only 5 rooms with their private balcony, and an exceptional point of view. The hotel is on top of the hill above Varese, 800 m high, which limits the heat in summer. The host is very thoughtful and cooks very good meals just for you. - Astonishing location and truly fantastic

The most friendly welcome I have ever experienced. When we arrived, it was raining staff came with umbrellas with smiling face as if they saw their best friends. Rooms have all facilities, they are cosy and spacy. Breakfast in the garden was very good.I totally recommend this hotel. -
