  The hotel is very well situated, a few steps from the beach, nice restaurants in the vicinity. The rooms are extremely clean and spacious. Excellent breakfast. Parking on site.   If staying in Varazze this is a solid hotel. The rooms are clean and nice. The staff is friendly. Standard breakfast italian style to get you going for the day.   Everything It's a old style hotel on the Italian Riviera but it offers everything. If you are not too fuzzy,it has everything you need from parking to check-out. - What a little hidden treasure. Booked for 1 night, stayed for 2 and could have stayed longer. Definitely a place that I will go back to.
