This was an excellent choice on a research trip to University. Fantasic atmosphere on the Thursday night when I arrived as new Pope had been installed and church bells were ringing. English-speaking waiter was very helpful both at excellent dinner and following lunch. Lovely balcony overlooking beautiful city outside roomy all mod-con bedroom. -

The best customer service received ever. Sylvia, the receptionist, noticed our daughter’s birth date upon arrival and had the restaurant prepare a cake for her. Service at the restaurant was excellent, same with the food! Our junior suite was perfect for us and our 14 and 12 year old kids. If in Trento, this hotel is a must! Grazie!

We visited Vela on the way from France to Austria. And were impressed with the staff friendness (all of them speak English and very helpful!) and with the cuisine. Dinner was wonderful! Pizza menu is written on 3 pages! Great meat, nice local wine, testy Limonchello liquor. Children also were very pleased with dinner. Our car enjoyed underground secured parking. So we highly recommend this hotel for all the travellers who like comfort and good meals!

Perfect for us to stay one night on our journey to south Italy. Near highway but not too close, cosy, clean, quiet and with parking. Hotel restaurant was closed for dinner, but it was possible to eat in pizzeria connected to this hotel. In the morning, there was a nice view at mountains from our windows.
