  Jenifer , the concierge was extremely helpful in making our stay very pleasant and went beyond expectations. For example she supplied additional chairs and table for our balcony for a small party we held. The residence was very clean, well maintained and staff was very friendly.   The facilities were excellent and newly refurbished. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was also quite good. They stored our luggage for us on the last day after checkout. The location was excellent - very close to the train station and the city sites. We were very impressed by the hotel, and it exceeded our expectations.
