  Hotel is clean and nice. The room was big enough. The food in hotel restaurant was excellent. The same goes for red wine. The hotel staff was very friendly, although they did not speak much English. Location of hotel is good if you are exploring Umbria, like we did (10km form Perugia, 20km from Asissi, 15km from Todi…). The room was clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable.Several WiFi access points allowed my devices to be always connected.Breakfast and meals are outstanding: the family owned hotel produces their own organic product such as jam.Do not miss the hand made tarts !
