We had a problem by getting there on time. I contacted the manager to
inform him that we will be late because we got lost and had to take a
detour. He was very understanding, assisted us with the dirtections and
carrying our heavy luggage to our room on the first floor. He even

The owner Luca was super friendly despite we arrive late at 11pm and needing to get him over to pass on keys and arrangements. Also extremely flexible by letting us store the luggage at the B&B after check out in accommodating our train schedule. The room is nice with theme color and feel very comfy to stay and rest in. Strongly recommended B&B.

Restaurant was great, excellent food and the staff were fantastic especially Andreas.
Georgio was very helpful on the best way to see Assisi.

This hotel has an excellent location for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a beautiful garden area which would have made a lovely spot to sit and relax if we'd had any time to. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good and varied. The price to quality ratio is really excellent. Situated in a quite road but convenient for easy access to Assisi. Room's quality was good and the personnel very friendly. Easy parking too. I'd go back again. -
