  Michele was very helpful with directions, suggestions, he went so far as to tie a lovely knot in my fiances tie for a wedding we attended, he provided 1st floor accommodations for our aging Mothers so they didnt have to carry luggage or climb stairs. Located within walking distance of beach and literally 100 meters from train station. Near Autostrada. Town of Santa Flavia is quaint, wi - hotel is clean, rooms are quite big compared to other places in sicily and price is very reasonable . Located aconvenoentley 17 km away from Palermo Port. Close enough to commute , but far enough if you are not into the husstle and bustle of the city
