  We used the hotel as a base to attend the Motogp at Mugello. It was booked entirely on price but we were pleasantly surprised with the charm of the place. There are no frills, just clean beds, rooms, bathrooms and a dining room (and wi-fi). Situated in the hills between Bologna and Pistoia in the glorious Tuscan countryside ideal for sightseeing, ... hva folk sier » walking or as we did. Continental sweet breakfast and good value evening meals. Absolute bargain. Would happily stay here again. - Wonderfull place, especially the hotel owner and her family are very friendly. The owner is very nice to talk with, she's open to answer all your questions. She makes a fresh delicious menu every day, with a lot of choice. The hotel is a great building with a lot of history.
