  Very friendly staff. Nice quiet location. Very nice, and clean,apartments. Air-Condition in the rooms, and a nice pool outside makes ita nice place to stay in the summer. Everything you need on a daily basisis nearby, and Siena is 30 minutes by bus, or 15 minutes by car. - A fantastic base if you want to see Tuscan countryside. Only a 20min drive f... hva folk sier » rom Siena. The unit was very clean and spacious with helpful staff to match, best place we stayed in Italy. Plenty of free car spaces for that car you will have to hire to see the region.

  We loved our stay at il Colombaio!!! the location is breathtaking as is the hotel/bed & breakfast. We stayed only 1 night and would have much preferred to have stayed longer. The bed and breakfast is a true getaway for the young and old. There is a restaurant within 5min walking distance. Barbara is so kind and friendly and really makes your s... hva folk sier » tay enjoyable. The breakfast is served with meticulous attention. The decorations and furnishings are elaborate and elegant. We can't wait to come bac - The place is beautiful. Everyone there was very welcoming and friendly. My room was clean, perfectly decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. I didn't have a car and could have taken a bus into town, but Barbara gave me a ride to Siena in the morning and brought me back in the evening. The scenery of the area is picture perfect in every direction. My entire experience there was a nice surprise. I'm looking forward to going back again with my little boy.

  The castle was unbelievable! Excellent and in a great location away from the city and in the countryside with fresh air and nature. We stayed in the tower for 3 nights and was one of the highlights of our Tuscany holiday. The host was filled with excellent info about the area and history. He even drew us a map for a great hike in the woods behind ... hva folk sier » the castle.When we return to Tuscany we will definitely stay here again! Aaa+++ - Rustic atmosphere and family accommodations; only wish we had spent more than one night to avail. Andrea gave me a nice referral when he could not give us an additional night of stay.
