Beautiful terrace. Great location. Quiet apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. The location was great. Loved the spa tub and the rooftop terrace. The location was perfect. The outdoor patio was very nice. Walking distance to all major attrations in Rome. Location, felt like a home. Location and roof terrace. The location near campo dei fiori is perfect for visiting the vatican and old center. The price for this location was very reasonable.
alle vurderinger » I liked the location of the appartment because it was at a walking distance form all the major sight seeing objectives. Great location for Central Rome and Vatican. Wireless Internet access. Spacious and good air-con. location. Location and views from rooftop terrace. very good location. That the room wasn't ready for more than 2 hours after we arrived and that the cleaning crew insisted on coming before check-out time. Windows and other surfaces could be cleaner. Our apartment was 82 steps up, on the roof of the building and the elevator was out of order the entire time. It would have been nice to have extra supplies like toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags. not well stocked. only 1 roll toilet paper for one week, doesn't work. Dark dining room, could use better lighting. It is not A hotel but An apartment. We rented on the via banchi vecchi, which smelt moldy and had a broken shower. They asked for cash payment on arrival. There was some Hassel about a fee for opening the door. I didn't like the staff as she was rude in the second part of our staying when I called her and she hung up. And the cleaning. Even though a guy came for cleaning, I found the flat being very dusty. Not really equipped for 5/6 as advertised, which made self-catering tricky. No instructions for any of equipment and never got the oven or dishwasher to work.Only one sofa to sit on (2 in photo). Shower a trickle and electricity kept cutting out! Told to recycle rubbish, but unclear how and when. Great potential, but needs to try harder. bathroom in not clean do not have wifi not all the sockets (electricity works) staff didn´t help/assist to get to the place for first time or thought that we already knew Rome and knew the streets by hard. 1. 4Th floor with no elevator and not indicated on any website. 2. Entrance was filthy and filled with trash 3. Bathroom was dirty, moldy and broken shower curtain rod 4. Only one bath on bedroom level, not two as advertised 5. Staff was rude and unhelpful 6. No instructions to use kitchen appliances, washer, etc. 7. Broken refrigerator freezer 8. Had to leave two days early and get another hotel at our expense because of bedbugs. no windows at the apartment!!.
