I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and especially about the people who run it! We absolutely loved it! It is extremely clean, cleaned daily by staff, towels changed every 2 days. Every need we had they provided. The receptionist was particularly helpful with hotel related stuff and with touristic questions as well. Also, we were so pleased with the location of this hotel, it is 5 minutes from the Colosseum, 1 minute from a metro stop and 10 minutes from Termini Station. The hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the Colosseum and from here we could also walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona. Do not be put off the front door, just walk to the second floor and its like you are in a different building! Couldn't fault this hotel at all. Ron and Jewell, the staff bent over backwards to make our stay pleasant and unforgettable!! The owner,Livia joined us for dinner on our final evening and was a joy to share experiences with. Location is in walking distance to many of the major landmarks. We would recommend this facility to anyone who wants a good place to stay for a fair price and who want outstanding service. very nice staff, tea/coffee facilities available in the hall, perfect location - both sightseeing and facilities perspective (caffees/restaurants/pizzerias, food stores and other, metro station), breakfast in the caffe = great Italian coffee, which is not always ok in other hotels), elevator available. The hotel was very well designed, clean and in great location. There is a metro station just 2 minutes from the hotel, but we actually walked from the hotel almost everyday. The guys were very kind and helpful. We will definitely choose the same hotel on our next visit to Rome. Wonderful small bars and restaurants at your doorstep - difficult to choose. Room design is very simple and minimalistic, but you have all you need - worth mentioning is the very comfortable bed. Did not like the fact that we did not know about this place before we made reservations to stay elsewhere for an additional week!!. bad linen might have been a little bit cleaner, limited number of plastic cups at the coffee/tea corner. Nothing. Everything were better than we could imagine. Great value for money. If this is important to you, single room has private, but separate bathroom. But the guys were so kind to change my room. It rained a bit too much during our stay - but that's not the hotel to blaim :-). Extremely (!!!) noisy in evenings when there is a live singing downstairs in the caffe where u are invited to have breakfast. And at the same time a window should be opened cuz somehow it becomes very stuffy. The only thing I didn't like was that our "ensuite" was outside our room. We also didn't have a key to the ensuite. Nothing. Walls are paper thin, noise carries very easily. A bit hard to find,look for the green door,as it is on the first floor. Bit noisy from the street below. Shower doors broken. streetnoise during the night. We are afraid to use the tiny elevator... pure breakfast but quality. Their website doesn't reflect all correct information. We went with the understanding we could pay with credit card but when we got there, he said "the card machine was broke" and expected us to find an atm and pay for our whole stay up front with cash which we obviously were not carrying that much cash with us at the time. Only criticism is there was black mold in the shower. breakfast (not very clear about how it's gonna work), no invoice.
