Each room comes with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a large bed with memory foam mattress, and an en suite bathroom. An Italian breakfast of croissants and cappuccino is provided daily. You can enjoy it on the internal patio or have it delivered to your room directly. Via Nazionale, with its many shops and restaurants, is a 20-minute walk from the B&B. Rome Ciampino airport is 13 km away.

When embarking on our first trip to Europe this summer, we decided to use B&B's as opposed to hotel chains during our travels, hoping to get a more personal and private experience. Upon arrival we were welcomed into the "home base" of the establishment and shown to our quarters across the street in another building. Once inside, I felt as if I was walking through the corridors of a museum, absolutely beautiful! On our floor was a guests' common area complete with kitchen facilities, balconi.
alle vurderinger » Location was excellent (once we found it!) very close to coliseum and some nice local restaurants. Room was fairly small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was continental-style but ample and very good. Staff were helpful but only spoke Italian but we were able to communicate through miming and some broken Italian/English. Breakfast was very tasty (meats, cheeses, toast, yogurt, fresh fruit, pasteries, multiple beverage options), room was comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful(assisted me with how to get from the airport to the hotel via email beforehand) Location is about 5-10 minutes from the coloseum. Thanks :). Very good location, near the Colloseo and metro station. The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice, cosy, romantic, yet with modern facilities. We share the experience of a specific Roman dinner in a small trattoria near the hotel. Delicious!!. The bed was the most comfortable of the four places we stayed, and the breakfast was the most varied and filling. Though she didn't speak English, Rada was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal. Despite the corny name, the place was great!. We absolutely loved everything about our accommodation. Close to Restaurants and bars, Metro Station and the Colosseum. Very comfortable, pleasant rooms, great location, and fabulously helpful staff. This isn't a high class hotel; it's homely, and I'd much rather have that. The housekeeper Radha was very friendly. We had an issue with the door lock for our room which we did not understand (deadbolt had 5 levels which we had never come across before so we could not work out how to open it and so were locked out for ca. 30 minutes!) once we learned that all was fine. We had trouble unlocking our door. It locked securely but the locking mechanism is not what I'm used to. The staff was helpful in assisting us and we finally figured it out, haha. Everything was above our expectations! It was a small detail we didin't like...Because our room was situated in a brand new location, 20 m away from the old one, the kitchen was not ready to receive guests and we were having breakfast in the old location every morning....Yet, Rome was astonishing!!!. Communication was difficult. Completely no complaints at all. It helps if you can speak italian. First day, I stay in a good room but the shower was terrible (water came out more from the shower hose that from the shower and the drain was clogged and box flooded). Second day, Radha moved me to another room downstairs. Excelent room and perfect shower! I would return just to stay in this room!. The room was VERY COLD . Did not like I had to go out to a other building for breakfast . there is nothing we didn't like. The door of the shower, difficult to open and close. Room was small and dark (only window was in a bathroom), wifi was not working in the room, overall impression was that if it costed half the price we paid it would have been a great hotel. A little difficult to locate. nothing really.. Street side apartments get noisy... Otherwise no complaints. Coffee making facility in room would have been good . A mini-fridge would have been an excellent addition so we could have used the balcony more often with a quiet drink after site seeing. Price - too expensive. We received a noisy bedroom. Really small and across the "reception" so we could hear everything. The staff is only available for breakfast and they don't speak English. Also you don't have a contact number to reach in case you need it. For us it was too expensive, we expected more.
