Tomas was excellent. Our plane was late and he waited for us and made us feel welcome and comfortable. We had an early departure and he ensured that we had a full breakfast. He was very helpful with different questions we had. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Great location. We have travelled a great deal and this was a good find. Highly recommend staying there. ROBERTA at the front desk was fantastic in helping is get reservations to a much sought-after restaurant. We asked he for help in August for a late Sept visit, but that restaurant was closed for August. She wrote down our request in her diary and called the restaurant the first day it opened. Incredible! She is very nice as well.

Free wifi was also consistently available (during our stay in Italy, it seems wifi signal can be quite painful!). It is really good value for money. The room and bathroom are clean, the air conditional system works well. Breakfast is simple, but nice. It is close to the Termini train station. It is about 5 min walking distance. The location - is close to the station, but the surroundings made us a little insecure at night, especially. Entrance lets place down, and the surrounding area didn't feel too safe at night but as there were 4 of us, not a problem. Shower very small and needs refurb. hotel is very close to the Termini rail station which is convenient for getting to the airport , unfortunately this area is going down rapidly. Little bit scary neighborhood, smaller room than we expected. Not that easy to find & located on the second floor. Lift is very small 2-3 people at the most without luggage. The elevator is quite creepy, there's no clear sign of the hotel, and the neighbourhood is not as secure as we wanted. Located in a building with small sign, not easy to find if it is first comer. No clean towels replaced daily. Has strongly requested then has replaced towels on the third night and has to use it on the fourth night. Breakfast has to deliver to room because of no eating area. The room only good looking in letsbookhotel.com. The price and the room is not matched. It is a B&B only. hard to find it. water on shower coming very slow, very unconfortable. Breackfast gave me diarrea all the day. It is not an hotel it is a bed and brackfast. Very thin walls, possible to hear everything what people does in their room. No privacy.
