The hotel staff were very accommodating and would go out of their way to
help you. There is free use of bikes at the hotel to discover the routes
around the lake and also to visit the local vineyards and surrounding
areas. The breakfast was excellent which set you up for the rest of day.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The owner, Augusto, gave us a warm welcome with a glass of Prosecco. He is a very good host and surprised us with a individual approach.

the staff were wonderrful, very efficient but also very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the hotel itself was very clean, the staff were very informative , there was lots of information in reception about places to visit, timetables of trains/buses/boats etc. and anything that wasn,t available the staff would always sort us out. the rooms

Lovely place, friendly staff members, swimming pool very clean,
beautiful room and bathroom, very relaxing place just by the lake. The
castle is around 10 minutes walk away from the hotel. Absolutely lovely
and we highly recommend to hire a speed boat for yourselves and go
around the lake. And there is a spa and thermal place by the castle you
definitely should go!

The apartment was tastefully designed and furnished, every thing was very clean, there is a pool (though the water were COLD!!) our apartment was located in the second building which didn't have the indoor pool and the sauna, but you could easily pop into the next door building which is a part of Acqua Resort and use them.

The staff were all very friendly. George even took us in his own car to Sirmione rather than book us a taxi! Breakfast was lovely and the food very fresh. The cleaners did a great job and had a friendly greeting every morning.The pool area was clean and peaceful sometimes I was the only person there, it was maintaned regularly throughout the day
